This incredibly humorous and touching play explores the lives of women through 28 interwoven characters who share their memories of love and loss as framed through the clothes they wore. The show will be performed as a staged reading by 5 (or possibly more) women, assuming various roles throughout the show, featuring a diversity of ages (20s to 70s), races, and physiques. Actresses of all types are encouraged to audition, and each actress must be able to believably portray multiple characters, at different ages and times in their lives.
The script is available for reference online
Women interested in auditioning should come prepared with two monologues either of their choosing or from the show (one comedic and one dramatic). No more than two minutes for each monologue is needed. Memorization is helpful but not required.
All auditioners are currently required to provide proof of COVID vaccination.
